- Automatic Billing
By enrolling in our Subscribe & Save Program, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file every 30 days. The monthly billing amount will be determined based on the cost of your subscribed products and the applicable shipping fees.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged and shipped for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled ship date. To cancel, you must log into your Zyia Active shopping account. Each product on Subscription can be canceled independently of others. Cancellation requests received after the deadline will apply to the following shipment.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the product price. The shipping method and associated fees will reflect the selection made during your initial order. If you wish to modify your shipping preferences, you must cancel your Subscription and start it again with new shipping preference.
- Payment Method and Declined Payments
If the card on file is declined, we will notify you via email. If the card is not updated before the next scheduled ship date, the product will not ship. If you need to change your payment method on file, you must cancel your existing subscription and check out again choosing another payment method.
- Returns
Products shipped under the Subscriptions are subject to our regular return policy. Returns will only be accepted if they comply with the guidelines outlined in that policy. Please review our return policy for detailed instructions and conditions
