- You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to qualify for your exchange label (extended from 14 days)
- Our standard 45 day return policy will still apply.
- Returns for a refund will not qualify for a Free Return Label
- The following exchange options qualify for a Free Return Label:
- Same item, different size
- Different item of equal or higher value
To receive your prepaid shipping label for an exchange, please email csca@zyiaactive.com with ‘Prepaid Shipping Request’ in the subject line and include your Return ID so our Customer Support team can assist you promptly.
