Custom Kit FAQ
Can I pick three pairs of joggers or three bras?
You won’t be able to pick more than two items from some categories and three from others. You can select two of the same item as long as you’re not exceeding that category’s maximum.
Are there any exclusions?
The kit is meant to include everyday items, and bulkier items won’t fit in the box. Sweatpants and outerwear (coats, jackets, and long-sleeved shirts) are excluded. Bundled SKUs containing multiple products, such as Wellness Bundles, are also not eligible.
Can I pick my items when I enroll? Can Customer Service enroll for me?
No. You must enroll first; we’ll manually place your order afterward. Enrollment includes setup questions and waivers we can’t complete on your behalf.
Can I mix and match women’s and men’s items?
Yes. You can choose items from the eligible women’s and men’s categories within the per-category limits.
I added items to my cart and it’s more than $275. How do I get the deal?
This promotion is only available after you enroll with a new Starter Kit. First enroll on our Join page and choose the $275 Custom Kit. After checkout, Customer Service will contact you to pick your items.
Can I choose six items if they’re less expensive?
No. This promotional kit has a five-item maximum.
