Earn points toward future purchases every time you shop!
The Zyia Reward Points Program allows you to earn points on your purchases. Points accrue based on your net purchases through your customer account. This means you earn points on the subtotal after discounts but before taxes, shipping, or other fees. For every net dollar you spend, you earn one reward point.
Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers
Once you create a free customer account, you'll earn reward points for every purchase. When you've accumulated 250 points (equivalent to $250 spent), you'll receive $25 in Zyia Cash. It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.
Zyia Cash arrives in your email as a coupon code and can be applied to your next order of $100 or more. We’ll send your code to the same email address attached to your customer account. Codes may take up to a week to arrive after you hit the 250 point threshold—but don’t worry: your code will be valid for 60 days from the date it was issued.
Reward Points Exchange Rates
The reward point system works the same on our U.S. and Canadian sites. Spend $250 USD and you'll receive $25 USD in Zyia Cash. Spend $250 CAD and you'll receive $25 CAD in Zyia Cash.
Redeeming Reward Points
Once you earn 250 points, you’ll be emailed the cash code to use with your next qualifying order. To use this code, simply paste it into the coupon field during checkout. This box is located on the Payment screen.
Reward Points Maximums
There’s no limit to how many times you can earn points and receive Zyia Cash. For every $250 you spend, you’ll be issued a $25 code, and your point balance will reset to zero. You can earn these rewards an unlimited number of times. You will also earn multiple cash codes for every $250 spent. For example, if you place a $500 order, you’ll receive two separate $25 Zyia Cash codes.
Managing My Reward Points
You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. The history will display each order placed, the number of points earned from those orders, and your total current rewards balance.

Earning Rewards
Do my reward points expire?
Your points accumulate until you earn a reward. The points won’t expire, but the reward does expire. Once we issue your Zyia Cash, it’s valid for 60 days.
Do orders placed in events earn rewards? Can orders with points be moved into an event?
Yes, all retail orders placed while a customer is logged into their customer shopping account (aside from gift cards) do accrue points. These orders can originate from an event or be moved into an event afterward. All general rules and limitations related to moving an order to an event still apply.
Can you move my order into my customer account if I forgot to log in?
Unfortunately, we cannot move a guest order into a customer account. Please be sure to log in before checking out.
Can Zyia Reps earn reward points?
Customer reward points are a customer loyalty program and are reserved only for customers. Reps are not eligible to earn reward points.
If customers earn reward points during an event, does the host still earn rewards, too?
Yes, Host Rewards and Customer Rewards are separate, and both accrue when eligible orders are placed inside an event.
Do gift card purchases earn reward points?
No, only physical products earn points. However, you will earn points when you spend a gift card inside your customer account.
Spending Rewards
Can I use my reward on a subscription order?
Subscriptions require a credit card to complete the subscription successfully the next month. You can use your reward on an order that includes a subscription as long as your cart meets the $100+ requirement and you provide a credit card during checkout.
Can I stack my rewards?
No, our system will only accept one code per order.
Can I use rewards on sale items?
Yes, you may use rewards with discounted items as long as the discount is being applied to the items without a coupon code. For example, sale items that show their discounted price before they are added to the cart would qualify to be paired with a reward.
Can I share my reward?
No. Rewards are intended to be redeemed in the customer account where they were earned. They cannot be reused, divided, moved to other accounts, or stacked with other rewards. If you’d like a friend to benefit from your reward, use your reward to buy them something inside your account.
Can I use my reward to purchase a gift card?
If a gift card is part of your qualifying order, you may use your Zyia Cash reward to reduce your purchase price by $25. However, coupon codes of any type are not valid on orders that contain only gift cards.
