We're introducing a faster, alternative carrier service during this period. Please note that this option will be at a higher cost than our usual Canada Post service. However, it provides a reliable delivery timeline, so you can shop confidently, even during this disruption
Purolator Ground Shipping Rates for ZYIA Active:

- Up to 2lbs $13 CAD
- Up to 3lbs $14 CAD

It's important to note that Purolator has specific location restrictions that you should know. These restrictions primarily relate to remote or rural areas where the infrastructure may make deliveries more challenging.
- Purolator does not generally deliver to P.O. Boxes, especially in remote locations.
- Customers in these areas may need to have deliveries sent to a physical address instead.
- Purolator does not currently offer delivery to certain rural or remote locations across Canada.
The best way to verify if an address is in the Purolator delivery zone is to cross-reference here (beginning page 11).
If you accidentally selected the Purolator Shipping Method and your address is not in this delivery zone, our team will identify this within a few business days and contact you for resolution.
If you have any previously placed ZYIA orders that may be “on hold” at the ZYIA Warehouse waiting for Canada Post fulfillment, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss the possibility of upgrading your shipping method.
