How to Build Your Custom Kit:

1. Enroll:

• Click “Join” in the top navigation bar to go to to the Join Page 
• Choose one of the Custom Kit options.
• Complete Enrollment.
• Customer Service will reach out to ask for your item selections.

2. Pick Your Kit

Depending on the kit, select any 3 or 5 items you want from among the women’s and men’s categories. 

For the $199 Kit, select 2 items from:

$199 Kit Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pick three pairs of joggers or three bras?

You won’t be able to pick more than two items from some categories and three items from others. You could choose to select two of the same item as long as you're not exceeding the maximum for that category.

Are there any exclusions?

A few, yes. The kit is meant to include everyday items, and bulkier items won't fit in the box. For this reason, we must exclude sweatpants and outerwear (coats, jackets, and long-sleeved shirts). Additionally, bundled SKUs that contain multiple products, such as our Wellness Bundles, are not eligible.

Can I pick my items when I enroll? Or can Customer Service enroll for me?

No, unfortunately. You must enroll, and then we’ll manually place your order. Enrollment includes several setup questions and waivers that we cannot complete on your behalf.

Can I mix and match women’s and men’s items?

Yes! You can grab up to one item from any of the eligible women’s and/or men’s categories.

I added the items I wanted to my cart, but it’s more than $199. How do I get the deal?

This promotion is only available after you enroll with a new Starter Kit. To get the promotional price, you must first enroll on our Join page. Choose the $199 Custom Kit and complete the enrollment checkout process. Afterward, you’ll be contacted by Customer Service to pick your items.

Can I choose six items if they’re less expensive?

 No, this promotional kit has a five-item maximum.
